Through the instant petition filed under under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner sought directions to be issued to the official respondents for appropriate action against respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

As per the complaint filed by the petitioner on dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner has an alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. The petitioner has approached this Court without availing the alternate remedy as available to him.

In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail an alternate remedy before the learned trial court concerned as available to him under law.
