(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 190, dated 15.05.2020, registered under Sections 326, 452, 324, 323, 506 & 34 IPC, at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran and to arrest the accused person, who are roaming scot free.

In compliance to the order dated 14th December, 2020, of this Court, status report by way of affidavit of Ramandeep Singh Bhullar, PPS< DSP, Sub-Division Khadoor Sahib, Campt at Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran, has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. As per the status report, the accused persons namely Inderjit Singh son of Swarn Singh and Swarn Singh son of Pritam Singh, had been arrested by the local police on 28th December, 2020. Learned State counsel has also apprised the Court that the final report under JAWALA RAM 2021.02.22 16:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-41983-2020 - 2 - Section 173 Cr.P.C. also stands presented before the trial Court on 21st February, 2021.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of as infructuous, in the light of the status report filed by the State in Court today. Ordered accordingly.
