(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the communication dated 16.01.2017 (Annexure P-8) whereby respondent No.1 has rejected the legal notice dated 28.12.2016 (Annexure P-7) given by the petitioner through his counsel. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.
