(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the seniority list dated 21.06.2022 (Annexure P25) and the seniority list dated NIL (Annexure P-31) and for quashing the advertisement dated 09.09.2022 (Annexure P-28). Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondents to restore the earlier seniority of the petitioner at serial No.3 of the Surplus Guest Faculty in the branch of the Electronics & Communication Engineering in the Chaudhary Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panniewala, Mota and further direct the respondent/Chaudhary Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panniewala, Mota to appoint the petitioner as Guest Faculty in the branch of Electronics & Communication Engineering.
