RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against respondent No.4 with regard to embezzlement done by her and further direct to take action on the applications, dated 21.12.2022 and 10.03.2023, Annexures P-1 and P-3 respectively.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representation, Annexure P-3, was filed on 10.03.2023 but no decision has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Block Development and Panchayat Officer MEENU 2023.08.18 14:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
