At the outset, learned State counsel, on instruction from ASI Dalwinder Singh, submits that the challan was presented on 24.11.2021 against seven accused; that three persons have been declared innocent; that four vehicles were recovered in the present case; that one vehicle is lying in Police Station Longowal, and that one vehicle is yet to be recovered.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
