(Oral) Prayer in the present civil revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for setting-aside the impugned order dated 29.05.2026 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Barnala, in CS No.599 of 2026 dated 29.05.2026, titled as Gurbachan Singh and another vs Ram Singh and others, whereby relief of ex parte ad interim injunction has been declined to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for the redressal of the grievance raised in the present petition.
