The present Regular Second Appeal is preferred by the appellants-State against the judgment and decree dated 27.02.2008 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jind, whereby the civil suit filed for regularization by the respondent was decreed in his favour as well as against the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2009 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Jind, whereby appeal preferred by the appellants-State against the judgment and decree dated 27.02.2008 was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellants-State contends that decree has been satisfied subject to decision of the present regular second appeal and the respondent was regularized vide order dated 10.02.2011 passed by the District Education Officer, Jind, w.e.f 12.05.2005. RSA-1752-2010 (O&M) -2that the respondent has expired on 10.10.2020. He has produced a copy of order dated 10.02.2011 passed by the District Education Officer, Jind and death certificate of respondent-Ram Niwas. The same are taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present regular second appeal and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructous.
