**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to two separate orders dated 24.08.2022 passed by Rent Controller, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rent petition No.51 of 2018 titled as "Jaswant Singh Vs. Neeraj Malhotra" wherefrom the abovementioned two orders arose stands allowed vide judgment of eviction dated 16.11.2022, thereby rendering the present revision petition as infructuous.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that appeal arising out of the judgment of eviction already stands filed at the instance of petitioner before the Appellate Authority, SAS Nagar, Mohali. 4.

It goes without saying that petitioner shall be at liberty to raise his pleas in accordance with law before the Appellate Authority. 5.

Disposed of.
