Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 read with Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.128 dated 10.07.2024, under Sections 406/420 of the IPC, registered at P.S. City Rajpura, District Patiala. 3.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition. 4.

Leave granted.
