This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.234 dated 17.10.2019 registered under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Lambi, District Shri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-1). Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the trial Court as the petitioner has been released on interim bail. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
