(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 11.06.2026 passed under Section 24 (2) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 passed by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Pratapnagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

It is apparent that the said order is appealable under Section 28 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 before the Director concerned. The present petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his statutory appellate remedy, if so advised.
