In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. CRM-M-40986-2023 After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take up all such pleas taken in the present petition before the learned trial Court, which shall deal with it in accordance with law.

In view of the statement, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn as aforesaid liberty.
