The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the impugned order dated 31.08.2022 whereby directions have been issued on an application filed by respondent No.1. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC is directed to be decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he would have no objection. However, he prays that till such time as the application is decided, status quo as it exists today be maintained and he be permitted to use the electric water connection.

In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the present revision petition at this stage with a request to the Trial Court to decide the application under Yogesh Sharma 2025.07.18 10:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.

CR-3853-2022 (O&M) -2Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today. Till such time as the application is not decided, the parties shall continue with the arrangement as ordered by the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not restrain the respondent No.1 from using the water connection till such time as the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC is decided.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
