***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) This is the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail. Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition so as to surrender before the trial Court and to move an application for grant of regular bail.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court finds that a similar order had been passed earlier by this Court on 25.10.2021 in CRM-M-43958 of 2021. The said order is still operative. As such, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously PANKAJ KAKKAR 2022.05.09 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
