At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this petition be disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to consider and decide the representation dated 14.12.2021 (Annexure P-3) alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner seeking investigation regarding registration of false FIR No.23 dated 21.03.2020 against the husband of the petitioner, under Section 307, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.
