The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 6 to look into the matter and proceed against respondent Nos.5 and 6 who, in connivance with each other, are alleged to have fraudulently got sanctioned old age pension in favour of respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the age of respondent No.5 is 49 years and in the year 2007 he was 38 years of age. However, in connivance with respondent No.6, the old age pension was got sanctioned in his favour in 2007.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that there is no document on the record which would reveal that any old age pension was actually sanctioned in favour of respondent No.5. CRM-M-42230-2020 (O&M) -2A perusal of the petition clearly reveals that the same is totally bereft of any detail as to when the old age pension is alleged to have been sanctioned in favour of respondent No.5. There is also no document on the record from which it can be ascertained that there is any old age pension which is being availed of by respondent No.5. In view thereof, I do not find any merit in the present petition and the same is dismissed.
