(Oral) The substantial prayer made in the instant petition is as follows :- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and Ld. Principal Judge (Family Court) Nuh Camp at Ferozepur Jhirka may kindly be directed to decide the application dated 15.02.2023 (Annexure P-2) for grant of interim maintenance filed in petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. bearing No.MNT/54/2023 dated 12.02.2023 titled as Preeti Garg and another Vs. Dr. Sunil Mangla pending in the court of Ld. Principal Judge (Family Court) Nuh camp at Ferozepur Jhirka (Annexure P-1) within some specified time as till date the application for grant of interim maintenance has not been decided and the petitioners are at starvation." Keeping in view the nature of the prayer made, this Court does not deem it appropriate to issue notice of the instant petition to the respondent side.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed an application for grant of interim maintenance on PARVINDER SINGH 2024.08.12 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh

CRM-M-38910 of 2024 15.02.2023 which is still pending adjudication before the concerned Family Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer in the instant petition to the extent that a direction be issued to the concerned Family Court to decide the application (for interim maintenance) expeditiously.

Keeping in view the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned Family Court is directed to decide the application (for grant of interim maintenance) stated to have been filed on 15.02.2023 expeditiously, in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. Disposed of.
