1. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 03.06.2023.

2. The issue relates to appointment of ETT teachers in relation to an advertisement issued on 09.11.2015 for which the petitioners are claiming appointment after 8 years.

3. The merit list was prepared in the year 2017.

4. In cases relating to appointments, there is no procedure to direct the appointing authority to decide representations of candidates, nor such a direction can be issued.
