(ORAL) The petitioner's grievance is that in pursuance of the Awards, Annexures P-2, P-3 and P-4, amount has already been deposited by respondent No.7, however, yet recovery proceedings being initiated against the petitioner by the Inspector. The petitioners have a remedy of approaching the same very authority under Rule 72 of the Punjab State Cooperative Societies Rules, 1963 and in case, they approach the Inspector, he shall decide the application of the petitioners in a most objective and pragmatic manner as to whether the Awards ibid have been implemented and if not, pass a reasonable order enlightening the petitioners regarding the outstanding due, if any.
Let this exercise be undertaken within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
