Admittedly, petitioners have been granted revised date of promotion as Head Constables. Petitioner is, thus, rendered infructuous. However, it is submitted that petitioners are also entitled to certain monetary benefits which have been deducted. This court does not intend to examine this question in the instant petition. Same is hereby disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation with regard to rest of their claim. Same shall be considered by the competent authority as per law.
