(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for quashing of FIR No.190 under Sections 120-B, 34, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC, which was registered as recently as on 22.07.2024 at Police Station Dadri City, District Charkhi Dadri, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a criminal Court cannot look into the allegations levelled in the FIR as, on the face of it, they come across as being civil in nature. 3.
On a pointed query put to the learned counsel as to what is the stage of trial, he has submitted that the matter is still pending investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the relevant material on record.
