***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.04.2019 (Annexure P-13) passed by Ld. Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab, Chandigarh; order dated 02.12.2014(Annexure P-11) passed by Ld. Divisional Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala and also the orders dated 21.03.2012 (Annexure P-4) and 12.08.2014 (Annexure P-10) passed by Ld. Collector, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

On 19.07.2023, the following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "As per office report, notice issued to respondents No.1 to 3 received back served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf.

Notice issued to respondent No.4 received back with the report that he has gone out of country. Respondent No.5 is stated to have died.

Let fresh notice to respondent No.4 be issued for 14.12.2023 on filing his correct address etc. LRs of respondent No.5 be also impleaded before the next date of hearing." ANJAL GUPTA 2026.04.29 09:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

On the adjourned date i.e. 14.12.2023, the following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "Order dated 19.07.2023 has still not been complied with as correct address of respondent No.4 has not been filed. Let the correct address be filed within a week. On doing so, notice to respondent No.4 be issued for 22.05.2024." 4.

As per office report, counsel for the petitioner has not given the correct address of respondent No.4, therefore, the notice could not be issued to respondent No.4. Even the legal representatives of respondent No.5 are not impleaded so far. Almost two years have passed since the petitioner was called upon to supply the correct address of respondent No.4 and also to implead the legal representatives of respondent No.5. Today again, a request for adjournment has been made on behalf of the petitioner, which is not justified.

Keeping in view the fact that orders dated 19.07.2023 and 14.12.2023 have not been complied with till date, I see no compelling reason to proceed further with the present proceedings. Resultantly, instant writ petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed for non-compliance of court orders.
