(ORAL) Petitioner in instant writ petition is seeking issuance of direction to respondents to regularize her services as per instructions/notifications issued by State of Haryana for regularization of Class IV employees working on part time/adhoc/contract basis. As per averments in writ petition, petitioner is working as part time Sweeper since 16.10.2002.

This court while dealing with identical matter in CWP No.16086 of 2019 titled as 'Pushpa Devi Vs. State of Haryana and others' and other connected matters, disposed of the same on 19.07.2019 while issuing certain directions to respondents.
