The first petitioner-Company keeps on organising 'Medical Camps' as a part of social charity/welfare activity. Some restrictions were imposed on it by the district Administration though permission to hold 3day 'Medical Camp' from January 11, 2017 was granted to it vide Memo dated 11.01.2017. This Court vide an interim order dated 13.01.2017 directed that the activities of the medical camp will go on unfettered except that the petitioners would ensure that no political activity is encouraged. [2] In this view of the matter, the writ petition appears to have been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with a clarificatory direction that so long the petitioner -Company wants to organise those medical camps, without patronizing any political party or political ideology, such camps shall be allowed to be held uninterrupted.
