JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The seven (07) petitioners joined the services with the respondents on daily wages basis as Mali/Beldars on different dates between 1996 to 1998 and since then they are working unde respondent No.4 without any break in their service.

The prayer in the instant petition is to consider their seniority from the dates of their appointment as Mali/Beldars on daily wages basis.

At the very outset, counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
