Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the trial court to expedite the hearing of application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A CPC.

A perusal of the record shows that notice of the application was issued by the trial court on 07.10.2021. The short order dated 10.05.2022 reproduced in Para 12 of the petition, shows that summons have been issued to respondent No.7 and reply on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5 & 8 is still to be filed. It is, therefore, apparent that neither the service on the respondents has been effected so far, nor the pleadings are complete. No ground for interference is made out.
