**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to deduct their Contributory Provident Fund along with interest from the date of their initial appointment and transfer their own share with interest accrued thereon on the General Provident Fund. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that for redressal of their grievance, petitioner had served notice (Annexure P- 9) on the respondents but no action has been taken on the same so far. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the notice (Annexure P-9) expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order.
