NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by respondent No.3 (Annexure P-4) whereby recovery was issued on account of wrong fixation of pay, after the retirement of the petitioner. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to release the arrears and retiral benefits of the petitioners with interest @ 18% per annum.

The matter is being adjourned either due to non-appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner or on request being made on behalf of the petitioner since 25.09.2019.
