This is the third petition under Section 482 read with Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of direction to the Appellate Court, Tarn Taran to record the statements of both the parties with regard to Criminal Appeal bearing No.CRA/27/2018 while compounding the non-compoundable offence under Sections 354, 341 and 506 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 05.02.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patti, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners have been requesting the Appellate Court to record their statements on the basis of compromise, however, the compromise has not been accepted by the Court.
