The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of the present petition and the same is taken up with the main case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the petitioners are present in Court and have submitted that after filing of the present PARUL 2023.10.11 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

However, as per the office report the process fee was not filed and the dasti notices had not been collected due to which there is no representation on behalf of the respondents No. 4 to 6. 4.
Admittedly, petitioner No. 2 is not of marriageable age and the petitioners, who are present in person have submitted that they have agreed to go back to their own respective house and their parents have agreed that they will be married with all religious rituals at an appropriate time. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioners for withdrawing the present petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 6.
However, it is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
