*** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents not to cancel the permission to organise the "Satsang" at Community Centre, Hisar and to prevent bad elements from interfering in the same.

A copy of the petition was handed over to learned State counsel yesterday to enable him to assist. He submits that petitioner has not given any details of the nature of "Satsang" to be held nor any specific information regarding interference from any quarter is given therein. It is evident that instant petition contains only vague and unsubstantiated allegations. Besides locus standi of the petitioner to file such a petition is doubtful. It has nowhere been mentioned as to how petitioner suspects that there would be any untoward incident in the religious ceremony he claims to have organized. Petition is totally frivolous and is hereby dismissed with Rs. 30,000/- as costs. Same be remitted to the Haryana State Legal Services Authority.
