By way of instant writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue a new Fair Price Shop (FPS) License to the petitioner, who is a widow, under the Haryana Targeted Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2022 (for brevity herein referred to as "the Order of 2022"). 2.

State counsel has received instructions from the official respondents. He submits that representation dated 06.02.2024, Annexure P-7, submitted by the petitioner, has been considered by the authorities, and it has been found that the application form of the petitioner was incomplete as the requisite Certificate from the Gram Panchayat, was not uploaded, resulting in the rejection of the application. He has instructions to state that fresh applications have been invited by the Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of Haryana, vide Memo dated 25.07.2024, and the last date for the application is today upto 05.00 p.m. He submits that in case, petitioner applies afresh, her application will be considered as per her eligibility. 4.

In view of the statement of the State counsel, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
