ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Gurjinder Singh, submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as, the cancellation report furnished by the police was accepted by the trial Court vide order dated 26.10.2022. Photocopy of order dated 26.10.2022, filed by learned counsel for the State, is taken on record.

In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
