**** This is an appeal filed by the appellant-Insurance Company against award dated 01.03.2014 passed by the Court of Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ferozepur, whereby the Tribunal has accepted the claim petition filed by the claimants and an award of Rs.5,80,000/- was passed in their favour.

The matter was taken up in the National Lok Adalat, however, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
