By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, to decide the 'stay application' filed along with Criminal Revision no.19/2021, titled as "Baljit Singh v. State of Punjab and others". Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that along with the revision petition filed by the petitioner before the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, against the order passed by the learned SDJM, Sri Muktsar Sahib, dated 15.07.2021, an application dated July 30, 2021 was also filed, seeking a stay on the operation of the said order (copy Annexure P-8 along with the copy of the revision petition itself). He thereafter points to the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, on 30.07.2021 itself, as also on 27.08.2021, 20.09.2021 and 18.12.2021, copies of all of which have been reproduced in paragraph 12 of the petition.

111) CRM-M-46970 of 2021 -2respondents, of the revision petition, was not complete, with even the correct address of respondent no.2 not having been supplied; and on the date that service was shown to be complete, i.e. 18.10.2021 (less than a month ago), counsel for the revisionist, i.e. the petitioner himself, had sought an adjournment before that court, with hearing therefore adjourned till today by that court, i.e. 10.11.2021.

In the aforesaid circumstances, I find no ground to entertain this petition, which is consequently dismissed, with a request however made to the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, to decide the application dated 30.07.2021, expeditiously.
