(ORAL) It is contended that the petitioners herein are entitled for grant of payment for having worked seven days in a week, whereas payment has been made to them only for six days. It is submitted that the petitioners herein have already approached the department for redressal of their grievances by submitting legal notices dated 03.11.2016 and 17.01.2017, however, the same are still pending consideration. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners limits his prayer to an early disposal of the legal notices that have been served upon the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in terms of the legal notices served upon them by passing a speaking order, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
