This is an application moved on behalf of petitioner for permission to withdraw the main writ petition fixed for 27.9.2021. It is contended that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has retired from service on 31.5.2020; as a result of enquiry, he has been exonerated of the charge served upon him; the respondent bank has agreed to give retiral benefits to the petitioner, which had been withheld on account of enquiry, subject to the condition of withdrawing the writ petition. In view of such contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application is allowed. The date of hearing of the main case is preponed and the main writ petition is taken up today for hearing. CWP No.30740 of 2018 Dismissed as withdrawn.
