* * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) This writ petition relates to a grievance of the petitioner in respect of the marks awarded to him in the NEET (UG) 2022 examination. It is alleged that the petitioner had answered all the questions, but the result declared by the respondent-authorities indicates that he had answered only 179 questions. The petitioner has filed a representation through e-mail dated 07.09.2022 & 08.09.2022 (Annexure P-8) which is pending before the respondent-authorities. It is further alleged that inspite of the said representation, no decision has been taken by the respondent-authorities. Mr. Arun Gosain, learned Senior Government Counsel, appearing for the respondents - Union of India, on advance copy, submits that the petitioner's representation shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
Taking the aforesaid statement of learned Senior Government Counsel for the respondents on record and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
