ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the claim amount of Rs.63,46,160/-, the respondents have paid Rs.22,90,000/-. Counsel for the respondents submit that the admissible claim has been given.

Counsel for the petitioner, accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law.
