The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, especially in the nature of Mandamus or Certiorari for staying the illegal and arbitrary demolition action of the respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in terms of Section 47 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
