Without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, I direct respondents No.2, 3 and 4 to consider the representations vide Annexures P-1, P-2, P-3 and P-6 served upon them by the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The writ petition stands dispose of with the above direction.
