*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) In the present petition, the challenge is to disciplinary proceedings which have been initiated against the petitioner keeping in view the charge sheet dated 19.09.2019 (P.3) but at this stage, the petitioner will not press the same in case the respondents conclude the said proceedings in the time bound manner as the charge sheet has been kept pending for the last approximately four years and the petitioner is being denied the benefit of promotion on account of pendency of the charge sheet.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Addl. A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. He submits that the disciplinary proceedings initiated in pursuance of charge sheet dated 19.09.2019 will be concluded within a period of six months from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.
