The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.329 dated 28.12.2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 325, 341, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 147, 149, 212, 325 and 307 of IPC were added later on) at Police Station Uchana, District Jind. State counsel submits that due to some telephonic mis-communication from the Investigating Officer, an inadvertent statement has been made before this Court on the last date of hearing.
