Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.165 dated 21.09.2020 registered under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, however, Section 29 of NDPS Act was added later on at Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib (Annexure P-1). Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
