Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that son of petitioner was killed and FIR No.13 dated 16.03.2019 was registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor, District Moga. The police has not proceeded with the fair investigation of this case and she made representation in this regard to Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure P-2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) August 30, 2019.
