**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that husband of the petitioner was killed in cross firing between the terrorists and CRPF. Petitioner was appointed as Class-IV employee under the ex-gratia scheme. Petitioner has retired from service on attaining age of 60 years on 31.05.2018. A red card is to be issued to the petitioner so as to secure other benefits under the category of "1984 Anti Sikh Riots Victims". Needful has not been done by respondent No.2 despite repeated representations filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the latest representation is dated 15.04.2021.

CWP No. 22385 of 2021 -2At this stage, learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case pending representation of the petitioner before respondent No.2 is ordered to be decided within a specified time.

The prayer is innocuous to be accepted at this stage. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Ambika Bedi, A.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to have a glance over the claim of the petitioner which is pending before him/her in the form of representation dated 15.04.2021.
