(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with all the previous orders including the conditions mentioned in the order dated 16.11.2022. Counsel for the complainant has objected to grant of bail to the petitioner. Since, this is a cross case, therefore, the present petition stands allowed and interim order dated 16.11.2022 is made absolute. It is clarified that in case, the petitioner violates any of the conditions mentioned in the order dated 16.11.2022, the State or the complainant may file an application for cancellation of bail, on this ground alone, the bail shall be cancelled.
