**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-5) for counting the suspension period from 14.10.2012 to 26.10.2012 and 01.01.2013 to 23.04.2013 as qualifying service period and for grant of annual increments, due ACPS in the light of the judgment dated 09.08.2018 whereby the petitioner was acquitted in dowry case in consequent of the allegations levelled by his daughter-in-law. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. In view of the above factual position, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to pass speaking order on the representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-5) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in the light of judgment dated 09.08.2018 (Annexure P-4).
