Tehsil Ratia, District Fatehabad (respondent No.5 herein) be directed to consider and take a final decision thereon with respect to Property ID No.7XRKCFY6. It is further submitted that, if necessary, the property in question may also be got demarcated.

2.1 Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.5 and respondents No.6 to 8 submit that they have no objection to the aforesaid course of action being adopted.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsels for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case; the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, Municipal Committee, Ratia, Tehsil Ratia, District Fatehabad (respondent No.5) to treat the present writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioners and to take a final decision thereon. If required, respondent No.5 may also get the property demarcated.

Let the necessary exercise be undertaken and concluded within a period of three months from today.
